The first SaaS native solution for Adobe Commerce. Amazon Sales Channels enables merchants to connect the Commerce catalog to the Amazon Seller Central.
The opportunity
Imagine a catalog that includes thousands of items: This quickly becomes unmanageable, which is why merchants use automated tools such as Amazon Sales Channel. Now imagine the merchant wants to drop their floor prices by 1% to be more competitive or implement a limited-time promotional sale. Once again, they must log in to their Amazon Seller Central account and implement these changes on a per-SKU basis. This entire process is fully automated in Amazon Sales Channel. Any adjustments to your Adobe Commerce catalog will immediately trigger an update on Amazon.
My Role
I worked closely with another UX designer, a product manager, and a team of developers.
Competitors research: I did an analysis of current e-commerce solutions onboarding and capabilities, for e-commerce platforms and 3rd party solutions.
Collected user feedback in user testing sessions.
Wireframes: Created low-fidelity to high-fidelity mockups based on the Adobe Spectrum design system.

Workflow
We considered the common wizard onboarding pattern against a 'Hub and spoke' pattern, using this pattern allowed users to tackle an ongoing setup and configuration,
This also allowed for a smoother transition between the pages we redesigned with the Adobe Spectrum design system and with the PHP monolith pages while allowing easy access to configure external elements in the Amazon seller account page.
This model uses a single central screen which acts to enable the user to explore different sections (spokes) of the app. If you wish to shift from one spoke to another – you must do so via the hub. This is a good way for minimizing onscreen noise and works very well for apps that are more concerned with task execution than presenting large volumes of content.

Learning Center
Following up on user feedback and the number of available resources we can offer from Commerce docs and external guides, we built a learning and preparation hub, so merchants can better understand how to optimize their store.
