AEM Trials aims to provide a free, time-based sandbox trial for customers that's simple to use. Lead the customer through the trial journey with relevant nurture campaigns, and integrated tutorials, ensure the customer is having a smooth onboarding and successfully starts using AEM content fragments or uploading assets. The trial environment Includes relevant time-sensitive triggers and nurture campaigns to keep the customer and sales engaged, and ready to provide a frictionless conversion to a paid contract.

Trials aim to enable users to learn the product and get a proof of concept for the product's capabilities, this experience contributes to the user's confidence in AEM and can help them recommend the solution.
Different user profiles will have a diverse website experience, with different highlighted guides and content presented to them.
Interactive guides
Step-by-step guides in the form of tooltips provide an easy-to-follow walkthrough of Adobe Experience Manager. It assists in acquiring a fundamental understanding of the platform by guiding users through important tasks such as designing a content structure, editing its content, and ultimately deploying it to their application or website. These interactive guides seamlessly align with the content being modified, ensuring a consistent and cohesive experience.

Step-by-step learning guides
An alternative to the interactive guides is the document guides, they're designed to be followed systematically, much like a recipe. having the guide open in a separate tab allows for seamless navigation and easy access to every section and action as needed.

In-app survey After completing a certain amount of tasks, users were prompted with a short survey that allowed us to create a TUX score and allows us to prioritize the focus areas for improving the guided experience.

We're currently targeting existing users with in-app tooltips and placing targeted banners in Adobe Experience League relevant guides.
