Support tickets were a good way to check the pulse of what is bugging people the most, weĀ ran A/B testing to focus our storytelling and improve customer relation rate.Ā launched landing pages to collectĀ user data. We alsoĀ had an open communication channel with a select group of merchants, butĀ sometimes our best option was to deploy a quick MVP andĀ track users engagement.
